Campbell has full lower body movement after neck injury

Detroit Lions player Jack Campbell has confirmed he has full movement in his lower body and is progressing with his upper body after sustaining a neck injury.
Campbell was taken to hospital after he was struck in the head during the Lions' NFL game against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday.
The Lions released a statement on social media on behalf of 26-year-old linebacker Campbell, saying that he is "very optimistic".
"I'm incredibly encouraged by the progress I've made in such a short period of time," the statement said.
"I have full movement in my lower body and I'm continuing to make progress with movement in my upper body.
"I know there's still work ahead, but I remain very optimistic. I'm taking things one day at a time, staying positive and focusing on getting better."
Campbell also thanked coaches and medical staff for their care, as well as the messages of support that he and his family have received.
He also said that the city is "built on toughness, resilience and grit" which will be his attitude towards his recovery.
Campbell was taken from the pitch on a stretcher after he hit his head while tackling tight end TJ Hockenson in the fourth quarter.
He received medical assistance before being removed from the field, having been lying face down on the ground.
