Undocumented immigrants processed for deportation at Beitbridge

A large number of undocumented immigrants from Malawi and Zimbabwe are being processed for deportation at the Beitbridge Border Post in Musina, Limpopo.
The migrants arrived on several buses from Cape Town and Johannesburg, while another fleet of buses from Durban is expected at the port of entry.
Some say they have been travelling since Tuesday to reach the border.
One of the immigrants, Mswaya Kamanga, says he is happy to be going home.
“Now I’m going to my country. I’m feeling very well because I don’t have the documents, so it’s better to go back. However, I’m worried because it’s an emergency, because we are told to go, but I’m leaving my properties behind because I don’t have money to pay someone to transport them back home.”
