Wednesday's big stock stories: What’s likely to move the market in the next trading session

<p>Here's what CNBC TV's producers were watching as Micron Technology suffered a 13% slide, and what's on the radar for the next session. Paychex reports before the bell on 'Squawk Box' The payroll services stock is up almost 5% in three months.</p>

<p>Micron is the only S & P 500 company with a headquarters in the Gem State. Did you know Idaho is the 14th largest state in the U.S. based on square miles?</p>
<p>CNBC TV's Kristina Partsinevelos will have the numbers and instant stock reaction. The stock is up 160% in three months.</p>
<p>That's a lot. Shares hit a high on Monday, but fell hard Tuesday.</p>
<p>They dropped 13%. Chips across the board were beaten down.</p>
<p>The VanEck Semiconductor ETF (SMH) fell 7%. ON Semi dropped 11% on Tuesday, while Arm Holdings saw a 10% drop.</p>
<p>Qualcomm's investor day Kristina Partsinevelos is covering this one, too. Qualcomm shares fell 8% on Tuesday.</p>
<p>It's not a great way to go into investor day. Shares are down 21% from the May 29 high, but the stock is up 59% in three months.</p>
