Zimbabwe's constitutional amendment clears the National Assembly and advances to the Senate
The Constitution of Zimbabwe Amendment (No. 3) Bill passed the lower House by 216 votes to 42. It now moves to the Senate, and from there to the President, the final stages on its path to the statute book.
