Arkansas Sports Betting 2026: Best Legal AR Sportsbooks & Betting Apps

Arkansas sports betting took a huge step forward on Feb. 26, 2026, when the Arkansas Racing Commission unanimously approved FanDuel and DraftKings as Arkansas sportsbooks. Arkansas sports betting has been legal since 2019, with Arkansas online sports betting launching in 2022.
Sportsbooks in Arkansas were very limited until recently for residents, largely due to apprehension about a revenue split that forces third-party operators to give more than half their revenue to its in-state partner. However, DraftKings and FanDuel have accepted that split, as DraftKings partnered with Southland Casino Hotel, while FanDuel partnered with Oaklawn Casino to take over their Arkansas sports betting apps. In addition to the sportsbooks available in Razorback State, users have the option of using prediction markets such as Kalshi and Polymarket. Both are legal in Arkansas because of their status as federally regulated trading markets, allowing users to trade contracts on the outcomes of sporting events even in Arkansas. The Kalshi promo code and Polymarket promo code are previewed in the table below:
Kalshi's offer provides new users with $55 in bonus trading credit after trading $25 or more. Kalshi is available nationwide for new users to sign up. It is important to note that sports contracts are currently unavailable in MI, NV, and WA. In order to be eligible for Kalshi's sign-up bonus, new users must be physically located in a state where Kalshi prediction markets operate and complete the sign-up and identity verification process.
Meanwhile, Polymarket's offer is another straightforward one. Users who make a deposit of $10 receive $25 in trading credits.
On Feb. 26, the commission approved Oaklawn Casino's partnership with FanDuel and Southland Casino Hotel's partnership with DraftKings. FanDuel and DraftKings can launch sportsbook promos and betting sites immediately.
Oaklawn Sports, an Arkansas betting app that operated under Oaklawn Casino's license, will no longer be operational and will instead use the FanDuel app "powered by Oaklawn Sports."
DraftKings operates under Southland Casino Hotel's license, which was previously used by Betly, for Arkansas online sports betting.
Saracen Casino Resort did not enter a licensing partnership with a national sportsbook and continues with its BETSaracen app.
Southland Casino Hotel, Oaklawn Casino and Saracen Casino Resort, Arkansas' three commercial casinos, can each operate two sportsbook apps. All Arkansas betting apps must operate under a 51%-49% revenue split, which favors in-state casinos, and that's unchanged by the FanDuel and DraftKings partnerships.
